Certly Projects · Progress billing
The progress certificate for the client puts itself together.
The valuations are built from what was received on site, the hours logged and the invoices already reconciled. That’s where the month’s progress certificate comes from, against the budget and cost-plus.
Against the budget and cost-plus
With a fixed-price contract or cost-plus.
With a fixed-price contract you certify the work done against the agreed line items and prices, with the total to date, the month and the progress. Cost-plus, you certify the cost actually incurred plus the agreed margin, with the backing behind it. New rates go separately, in the additional budget.
Valuations
From valuation to progress certificate, without typing.
The month’s valuation comes straight from what is already in the system: what was received on site, the hours logged and the reconciled invoices. Luis validates it and prepares the progress certificate for you, line item by line item, without rebuilding anything by hand on the last day of the month.
Example: the month’s concrete production, 150 m³ at a €95/m³ sale price, goes into the progress certificate for €14,250.
Every issue is logged and goes out as a PDF with your logo and your details: if the client asks for a change, you can see what was sent, when, and what changed.
