You compare on the real line items and award.
The comparison is built on the line items of the project budget, with their quantity and their target price: next to each quote you see whether the supplier comes in above or below, as a percentage and in euros. Jordi leaves it awarded for you and, when you confirm, Certly creates the purchase order with the awarded prices, hanging from its line item.
Example: you ask three concrete suppliers for concrete. Hormigones Norte comes in at €78/m³, €2 below the €80/m³ target.
From the estimate
If you come from the estimate, it’s already half done.
It’s the same engine Certly Estimating uses, so the comparison you built to price the bid gets reused here to buy. The question changes: in the estimate you wanted to know what the project would cost you; in purchasing you want to know who you award it to.
