Certly Projects · Reconciliation
The invoice, matched line by line against its delivery notes.
When the invoice arrives, Certly compares it with the delivery notes it already has from that supplier and points out every quantity and price mismatch.
Line-by-line matching
It checks quantity and price, line by line.
The AI reads the invoice however it comes, as a PDF, scanned or in each supplier’s own format, and pulls out its lines. Certly finds the delivery notes behind them and compares the quantity with what really came onto site and the price with the one you awarded. What matches is reconciled; what doesn’t is blocked and set aside.
Example: for HA-25 concrete the delivery notes add up to 150 m³ and the invoice says 165 m³. That’s 15 m³ too many, €1,170.
Real cost
You see it today, not at close-out.
Every reconciled invoice updates the project’s real cost against the planned cost. If the mismatch shows up when the invoice comes in, you still have time to talk to the supplier; if it shows up when the project closes, there’s no conversation left to have.

Accept, dispute or correct: you decide. And the valuations come from what is already reconciled, so you certify on clean data.
