Kimi · AI agent

Hand it to Kimi.

Kimi is Certly’s AI agent. You ask for the work the way you would ask your technical office, from the site or from your desk, and it prepares it with what your company already has: your documents, your budgets, your delivery notes. Nothing is applied until you approve it.

Two site engineers checking Certly on a tablet over a table of drawings

Ask from the site, from the office or from wherever you are.

On your phone, your tablet or your computer. On site you dictate it; at your desk you type it. Kimi works the same way.

Watch it work

One task, start to finish.

You ask, Kimi prepares it, you review it and approve it. All on the same example project.

Certly · Projects

Sorted from the site

You dictate what happened on site from your phone. Kimi passes the additional work to Marta and the comparison to Jordi, and you confirm.

What you can hand over

What you would hand to the person who keeps it all in their head.

Tasks written the way you would say them. Kimi prepares them with your data and leaves them ready to approve. And if you just want to know something, ask.

Reconcile Hormigones Norte’s September invoices.

It matches them against their delivery notes line by line, flags the mismatch and leaves the close ready for you.

Put together this month’s valuation and get it ready to certify.

It recalculates it with what has already been reconciled and leaves it ready for you to review.

Add the new rate for the diaphragm wall.

It prepares the line item with its cost breakdown and leaves it ready for you to confirm.

What does the contract say about delay penalties?

It finds the contract in the project folder, reads it and quotes the clause with the page it comes from.

Give me a summary of how the project is going for Monday’s meeting.

Spend, certified to date, open purchase orders and what doesn’t add up, on one page.

Which project has the worst margin this month?

It ranks your projects by the variance between actual and forecast cost.

Why it can work

Because it doesn’t have to guess.

An agent can only work on what it understands. Certly connects to wherever you already keep things, reads every document and puts each piece of data in its place: which project, which line item and which supplier it belongs to, and which paper it came from. Kimi works on that already linked data, not on a folder full of PDFs. That is why it prepares the work with your numbers and not with a generic answer about construction.

It is the difference between a chat stuck on top of a folder and an agent that lives inside: it knows what happened on your site yesterday.

What it can do

An assistant answers. An agent works.

Gets you the Excel, the chart or the report

Whatever Kimi can look up, it gives back as an Excel file with filters and several sheets, a chart or a PDF report. Before building it, it asks how you want it.

From the site, by voice

In the site app you dictate what happened and Kimi turns it into work: additional work, a comparison, a delivery note with its issue.

Reads what you give it

Drop tender documents, an invoice or a photo of a delivery note into the chat and it works with what they say, without anyone typing it in first.

Runs the platform with you

Kimi has its own tools inside Certly, so as well as answering, it does what you were about to do.

The estimate and the budget

It creates the estimate from the tender documents, breaks down the line items and groups them to request quotes. On the project it tells you what you have certified on each line item and, when a new rate or additional work comes up, it prepares the entry for you to confirm.

Comparisons and awards

Tell it which line items you want to compare and it builds the comparison with the suppliers you choose, loads in the prices they sent you and points out which comes out best. It also tells you which part of the budget has not gone out to tender yet.

Suppliers and purchase orders

It checks which purchase orders you have open, with which supplier and how much you have committed, and pulls up the record of how each supplier is performing on the project. It prepares the order for an urgent purchase and leaves it ready to send.

Delivery notes and invoices, squared

It tells you which delivery notes still have no invoice, which invoices are left to reconcile and where you are being overcharged, sorted by the money at stake. It fixes the line that doesn’t match, links the missing delivery note and leaves the reconciliation ready for you to close.

The month’s valuation and progress certificate

It opens a supplier’s monthly valuation, recalculates it with what has already been reconciled and resolves the lines left without a purchase order. Then it prepares the progress certificate for the developer, its recalculation and its corrective invoice when needed.

The crew’s hours

It reads the week’s hours, writes each worker’s report as a PDF with the line items they were charged to and suggests moving people from one project to another without losing the hours already logged.

You approve

The agent orchestrates. The engine calculates.

Kimi decides what needs doing and in what order, but it is not the one doing the maths. The numbers come from the Certly engine, which is code: it doesn’t estimate, doesn’t round by eye and doesn’t make up a total. That is why you can certify with them.

Every task is handled by an agentic workflow: Kimi works with its tools on your project data, but never changes it on its own. When the result changes something, adding additional work, awarding a comparison or squaring an invoice, it leaves it in a proposal showing what will change, and nothing is applied until you hit confirm. The proposal expires after ten minutes and only the person who asked for it can confirm it.

Scope

Kimi knows what Certly knows.

Kimi is included in the licence and goes as far as your data. You don’t need to set up the whole company to start: connect a folder and you can already ask it for things. Every piece you add lets it go further.

You connect a folder

  • What the contract says about penalties
  • Which quotes each supplier sent you
  • Which delivery notes and invoices came in this week

And you work in Certly

  • Everything above
  • How much you have spent and certified on each project
  • Whether a line item is costing what you put in the bid
  • The month’s valuation and progress certificate, ready
