Certly Projects · Receiving

Cost comes in from the site, not from a filing cabinet.

The foreman captures delivery notes and timesheets on the phone, on site. They reach Certly already read and tied to their supplier, their purchase order and their line item.

Site app

One photo and it’s in.

The foreman takes a photo of the delivery note when the truck unloads and gets on with the job. The AI reads the document, picks out the supplier, the material, the quantity and the date, and all they have to do is check it and send it to the office. Nobody types anything, and the paper is no longer the only place the data lives.

They also come in via the web or by email if the supplier sends them as a PDF.

In the office

It ties it to its order and its line item.

Sara reviews what comes in and ties each delivery note to the order already open with that supplier and to its line item, verified and with the photo attached. Anything that doesn’t add up, like a supplier it doesn’t recognise, is flagged for you.

Hours

Your own people’s hours are cost too.

Your own labour gets lost in almost every cost control, because no invoice ever arrives to remind you of it. In Certly the foreman logs the crew’s hours on site and they are charged to the line item they were worked on. With no signal too: the app stores it on the phone and syncs on its own when the connection comes back.

These are the delivery notes the invoice is matched against when the supplier sends it.
